Writing

Honest writing about identity, transformation, and the self you lost along the way

On Substack

I write honestly about the inner journey.

No quick fixes. No spiritual bypassing. Just real reflections on transformation, identity, and what it takes to come back to yourself.

Most of what I write begins in my journal. I go back through old entries, sometimes from two or three years ago, and sit with what I was feeling then and what I understand now. The distance between those two versions of me is where the writing lives.

I do not write on a schedule or for the sake of publishing. I write when something comes up, when a pattern surfaces, when a memory or feeling rises that connects back to something I lived through. The writing finds me more than I find it. And when it does, I write it down and pass it on.

What I write about

Reflections on identity and what it actually means to know yourself, not the version shaped by expectation, but the one underneath it all.

Honest writing about integration and inner work, what it takes, how long it really is, and why it is worth it.

What psychedelics teach us about ourselves, the insights, the challenges, and what happens when you finally see clearly.

The quiet work of returning to who you truly are.
